I’ve been thinking about happiness a lot lately. What is it? How do you achieve it? How does it work. I think it is a bit of a mystery, but one that is unique and personal for every individual. When I think about what actions I could take to increase my own happiness I find myself thinking about what makes me frustrated or overwhelmed and how I could change those things. …feeding my creative side by creating beautiful little goodies for a holiday crafty sale. If your interested in joining us the first weekend in November, leave me a note and I’ll send you the information.
…friends. I’m constantly in awe of the power of being surrounded by the ones you love and who love you. Even a quick message or chat can turn a day around.
